Cape Arc Designs is a professional architectural design studio based in St.Helena Bay specialising in residential architecture, additions and alterations, interior-focused projects, and plot-and-plan developments. We work across the West Coast and the wider Western Cape, delivering well-considered design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget whilst ensuring compliance with HOA and Council restrictions.

 

The practice is built on a disciplined, hands-on approach to architecture, with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and practical execution. With over 20 years combined experience we guide projects confidently from early concept through to construction, ensuring design intent is carried through at every stage.
